My wife actually heard about it before me.

If you haven't already heard, Canon announced the new EOS-1D X slated for release March 2012. Boasting an 18mp full frame censor, 14fps JPEG, 12fps RAW, video capability to record past the 12 minute mark, and wireless networking capabilities.
